I am now a Regional Manager for the Quilter Academy, primary role is identifying great candidates to join the Academy, some having little or no experience, but having the drive and passion to change peoples lives through Financial Advice. Working at HSBC as an Area Manager Financial Planning, where I continued to develop in the financial planning arena managing teams across the South East, after completing 10 years in Abbey/Santander, being a fully qualified Wealth Management Professional with over 10 years Retail Banking experience. Focused on continuing team development and Retail Banking Relationship enhancement.Earlier roles were in Retail Banking and 14 years Super marketing experience, commencing through the Retail Trainee Management programme, leading ultimately to Store Management and then progressing to Regional Manager for Sainsburys Bank.
