I feel that this proves Andrew is always willing to better himself and work to the best of his ability. Andrew can work on a wide range of projects, which shows that he is truly comitted to his work and always puts in 100%. He is a very nice person to work with & will help anybody out who needs it, so I feel people should be honoured to have him as a work colleage.
