With over 10 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer and Technical Manager, I have established a solid reputation as a team leader, innovator and product developer. After earning my Degree in Mathematics from Purdue University, I worked with General Growth Properties and then DoubleClick. After Google’s acquisition of DoubleClick, I was asked to stay on and provide account strategy to Google’s DoubleClick Customers. In this role I worked with clients and provided daily support to create strategies to meet their business needs. Throughout my successful tenure at Google, I have held numerous positions, each increasing in leadership, knowledge and customer impact. Below is a sample of some key projects I have completed that have facilitated customer success and business objectives. -Saved over 815 FTE hours and ensured the migration of 61B impressions per week of DBM &DCM data. Reduced the number from 60% to 2% through coordination with sales. Efforts resulted in less than a 8% ticket volume increase the weeks following the deprecation -Led Global DCM Cookie Encryption Migration and migrated 744 DT Configurations spanning 500 DCM Accounts within 3 months. Resulting Cookie Encryption case volume decreased about 40% from week over week volume, which indicates the communication and execution of the migration was effective in ensuring clients were prepared.After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree, I continued my education and obtained a Masters Degree in Software Engineering which I leverage to provide complex web solutions.
