• Led team to produce one-stop residential services website combining information from 20 different departments, and received over 2,000,000 page visits in first year.
• Led divisional initiatives to offer professional development for over 150 staff in line with ACPA and NASPA’s Principles of Good Practice and Council for the Advancement of Standards.
