"Who Dey?!" is the name of a chant of support by fans of the Cincinnati Bengals, in use for over 30 years. The entire chant is: "Who dey, who dey, who dey think gonna beat dem Bengals?" The answer screamed in unison, "Nobody."After consecutive trips to the playoffs this chant is now commonplace in Cincinnati. In the 1990's and early 2000's, however, this chant was rarely heard. Years of poor performance predated the opening of Paul Brown Stadium, home of the Cincinnati Bengals. This was the environment I entered when I joined the front office as an Account Manager for the Premium Seating department. As Account Manager I assisted with with the sale and promotion of over 100 luxury suites representing over $10 million in inventory, managed customer relationships with premium seating clients, and developed added value programs to generate new clients and improve customer loyalty
