• Appointed as director of one of the plc’s Associate companies. Provided main link between this Associate and the plc, preparing financial projections, raising additional financing and arranging contracts with the plc.
• Produced the financial modelling for potential Group acquisitions and disposals, including the merger between Express and Arla.
