Andy Stancil is a Partner in the law firm Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP where he has practiced for more than a decade. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and all aspects of employment law. Andy represents banks, construction companies, mid-sized privately held businesses, housing authorities, and quasi-governmental entities in administrative proceedings, trials, and appeals to Georgia's highest appellate courts. Andy has tried multiple cases to a jury verdict, and litigated cases involving restrictive covenants in employment, Title VII, the ADA, real estate disputes, fraud, land entitlement, construction, and commercial lending .
