The Ware site is the leading NPI (New Product Introduction) site globally, introducing more new products than any other manufacturing site in the GSK network. • Improved the existing recruitment model for the site with support from the site Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and above site senior stakeholders.• Implemented a visual requisition tracking system for SLT for the purposes of hiring manager accountability over the process and requisition volume. • Managed a vacancy load in excess of 100 vacancies at the start of the contract, typically was between 30-50.• Leading interviews, advising hiring managers on best interview practice and ensuring compliance to the GSK interview process. • Ensure internal and external recruitment processes are aligned to the GSK values and behaviors.• Coaching an inexperienced hiring community on recruitment processes and practices. • Advise hiring managers on making job offers ensuring team parity is maintained whilst keeping within GSK bandings.• Keep the applicant tracking system (Peoplefluent) up to date for compliance and reporting purposes. Use the internal HR system (Workday) for organisational structure and compensation information. • Designed, facilitated and hosted a 1.5 day assessment centre for a newly designed graduate rotation programme for the Ware site. I have completed two assessment centres with a total of 36 attendees resulting in 18 hires. • Hosted and presented at De Montfort University (DMU) assessment centres for Quality by Design students, resulted in multiple direct hires. -
