CurrentI qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and have worked as a Family, Children and Criminal lawyer, specialising in Family law since 1999.I am also a Collaborative Family Lawyer and am trained to assist my clients in resolving all child and financial matters arising from a divorce or separation in a dignified and respectful way for the benefit of the whole family.My workload covers the broad range of family proceedings, including separation and divorce, financial matters which arise from separation and divorce and all issues in respect of children, such as Child Arrangements.As a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, I am qualified to represent children in care proceedings and am not only a Resolution trained mediator, but also a Resolution Accredited Family Law Specialist. Resolution members are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes with a non-confrontational approach to family problems.
