Responsible for the project management and acquisition of new telecommuncation sites across the UK&Ireland. This role involves the end-to-end project cycle from the initial acquisition through to the design, planning and legal phases until the site is legally acquired. I am also working in partnership with Crossflow Energy to deploy sustainable Eco-Towers utilising wind and solar to power telecommunication equipment and provide a 'green' solution to the industry.

Having completed Royal Navy Officer training during 2018 I commissioned into the fleet as a Warfare Officer. After that I embarked on professional training at HMS COLLINGWOOD and onboard, HMS MONMOUTH, HMS SCOTT and HMS ARGYLL whilst also deploying for several months with the Chilean Armada on the B.E ESMERALDA. As an RN Officer a large focus is centred on leadership and management whilst developing job-specific skills such as navigation.

Enactus is a non-profit organisation engaging in social enterprises to improve quality of lives and empower people throughout the world through entrepreneurship. Enactus Nottingham is one branch of Enactus UK with 150+ members who are dedicated at creating social enterprises to transform lives. Consistently delivering impact across the UK and internationally, Enactus Nottingham represented the UK several times on a global stage to large delegations and CEOs/Directors of sponsor companies. My role as president is to run the team and lead our 150+ members to deliver 13 social enterprises, which help thousands of people both locally and internationally. I also make sure that there are opportunities for the members to develop professionally and learn key skills that will help them with future career aspirations. Before this role, I ran one of the international social enterprises called "Aquor Water Technology" based in Cameroon providing clean, safe and affordable water in a sustainable way. This has given me a good level of experience to create new social enterprises within the Enactus Nottingham portfolio and help the team drive social impact.To support our team we have a corporate partner board made up of Accenture, Ernst & Young, Mars, Unilever, PwC, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, RBS, KPMG, Teach First and GSK.

Aquor Water Technology is a social enterprise that is currently operating in rural areas of Cameroon. We develop businesses that are sustainable in order to transform lives. We believe that clean water is a human right and fundamental to the development of rural African communities.There are over 1.1 billion people across the world who do not have access to clean, safe drinking water. The majority of families in Bambui either use river or lake water as their primary source which is contaminated both physically and biologically causing illnesses across the community.Aquor is working with the community to set up our water kiosks which utilises biosand filtration technology to purify water in an affordable way.

Re-Covered is a start-up Social Enterprise employing local unemployed vulnerable adults. Firstly, we collect unwanted or broken furniture from Nottingham households and the Council and bring it back to our warehouse. Our employees then upholster the furniture to a high quality finish where it is then sold at low prices to tenants of local housing associations, backed by a voucher scheme and various discounts.We also have a public avenue of sales currently focusing on eBay and local landlords, and are also looking at expanding to include all office furniture upholstering for the University of Nottingham.Re-Covered and Enactus Nottingham was voted winners of the 2015 Green Gown Awards in the Enterprise and Employability category.We also recently received further investment of £21,000 from the Badur Foundation to accelerate our growth.

Trained and qualified in May 2013 as an Emergency First Responder, I then went on to become an instructor so I could teach others an essential skill that you never know when you might need. Through teaching this course I developed my skills further and was able to spread the knowledge of CPR and other emergency procedures. I taught at diving schools across Thailand as part of the PADI Rescue course and for individuals on a private basis in the UK.

I became a PADI Scuba Instructor and began teaching in Koh Tao, Thailand. Working seven days a week qualifying new Open Water Divers. I then branched into technical diving including the Poseidon MKVI Rebreather. I did this for several months before having to return to the UK to begin my degree at Nottingham University.

I have been working on the Out of Home Ice Cream team focusing on WALL's and Ben&Jerry's at Events. This included music festivals, shows and races in which I would attend to support the sales and improve the current processes.Over my time at Unilever I also worked on wholesalers and university engagement. I was responsible for generating ideas and creating new initiatives for telesales motivation at wholesalers to increase the sales of ice cream throughout the summer months. University engagement was another large part of my job role, both in a recruitment sense and in cross-function capacity, linking interns to other areas of the business. This was a successful initiative as many students took part over the summer working in other areas such as sales and marketing as well as improving the recruitment process from Enactus teams at university into the Graduate scheme.

At Enterprise Rent-A-Car I was a Management Trainee at a branch in Salisbury. Over the time I was working there the branch grew approximately 30% in size and was a very challenging internship. Enterprise are very transparent it the number of hours they require of you and demand exceptional customer service as a standard. This therefore meant I had a perfect opportunity to develop skills in customer service and well as in other areas such as sales and operations.
