Responsible for partnerships and growth for the company's individual health insurance and Medicare businesses. I developed partnerships with:-Entities who wanted to provide health insurance guidance to 1099 workers-Employers whose population needed Medicare education and decision support-Agents and agency owners in the health insurance/Medicare space exploring a sale

-Served as relationship manager for some of firm’s most tenured clients.-Managed internal relationships between all product and service divisions to ensure a consistent, cohesive client experience.-Responsible for performance and client satisfaction of employee benefits enrollment services, call center services, benefits administration software, dependent verification audit service, print and digital communications.-Led 4-6 annual benefits enrollment counseling projects per year across the U.S., each lasting ~10 weeks, and representing 6 to 7 figures in first year revenue.-Led large, multi-day training programs online and on-site as kickoffs for each benefits enrollment counseling project. Audiences included licensed insurance agents, client senior leadership, and internal stakeholders.

Met with 300+ employees of client employers to guide them through annual benefit elections on a 1-on-1 basis. I was assigned to clients across the country in industries varying from insurance to transportation to healthcare.

Managed a block of 70+ employee benefits clients. Products serviced included: medical and prescription drug stop loss, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.

In the field, sales representatives partnered with me to furnish group benefits quotes, prospect for new partnerships, and implement new sales.At the corporate level, I collaborated with IT and operations teams to reconstruct how the employee benefits business unit used Salesforce.com to improve data quality and efficiency of customer on-boarding.

Served as an onsite sales and marketing resource for our client NASCAR race team. I was responsible for building sales presentations and proposals, assisting with sponsor activation, and client/sponsor relationship management.
