- Created HackCU 10, a weekend hackathon (invention marathon) which hosted 115 participants from CU and other schools- Built the tech, logistics, finance, and marketing team to make this event happen- Sought out nearly $10k of funding from various sponsors including GitHub, Workday, and more

Working with PhD student Mary Martin at CU Boulder's CLEAR lab on natural language processing (NLP) research. In the past, CLEAR has done work for the US Department of Defense and other groups. We are currently developing a novel way to encode and process spatial information in a 3D scene. This allows a system to identify objects not just by their attributes (like color), but also with their spatial relationship with other objects.For example, with our work, we can tell a robot (with human language) to manipulate objects in the environment by describing their relative position: “Put the red block on top of the block to its left.”. This could be useful in educational settings where an instructor can use this robot as an assistant.

Worked on communications software using React.js + Redux and Ansible.

Working with other Code Senseis to teach kids aged 6 - 14 JavaScript and Lua. Leading various summer camp programs where kids learn about Minecraft modifications, game creation in Roblox Studio, and Lego robotics with Python. Learned valuable problem solving and collaboration skills in teaching kids the basics of programming.
