Currently in a position as a Senior M.P.S. Construction Engineer on the VITO Project in the Gulf of Mexico, working closely with Engineering on design and installation of circa 2000 Te. of Steelwork (Modules), Piping, Mechanical Equipment and E&I. Offering experience on Module installation methods, providing installation aid (bumper and guide types for Engineering). Also assisting in writing procedures, construction strategies and developing Area Coding / Work Areas for the complete asset. Developing Construction Modelling and Logic to Navisworks Timeliner and generating installation Animations also in Navisworks. Carrying out Construction Reviews, Model Reviews, generating Construction Demolition and Installation Plans developing the scope of work for each work area for Offshore Construction to implement.

Leading up a team of Multi discipline work pack engineers on the Mad Dog 2 Project in the Gulf of Mexico. Assisted management with setting up a new Kanban board to track progress, reviewing workpacks, involvement with Vendors, scopes, and materials, liaising with offshore contractors and disciplines. Advising work scopes to LOLER Focal points, developed trackers for work packs and punchlists. I also developed work scope presentations for discussion with the Client, chaired the meetings and took minutes. Currently leading the onshore side of the Flange Management ensuring all paperwork is in place according to the latest 2 and 4 week look ahead so work scopes can commence and assisting with Project Closeout.

Developed procedures, process flows, and guidelines, including offshore survey and closeout procedures, workpack/closeout package formats, construction works, MOC tracking system, and created MS Project plans. Delivered expert technical input regarding proper and safe scope implementation and working practices to Estimating Department. Enabled paper-free system for receiving drawings/isometrics, to red line/weld identify, carry out QC red line checks etc. and the same with work packs/procedures for review/approval and sign off. Involved in quality audits, ensured quality and HSE approvals to incorporate into Quality Management System. Provided assistance to Digital Innovation Team with new techniques, as well as mentored graduates, investigated iPads for ATEX ratings and offshore use.Key Achievements:● Facilitated ECITB Connected Competence Team regarding National Operating Standards review, development of Technical Training Standards, and job descriptions for black trades.● Delivered expert advice to QHSE Department in establishing a new Bilfinger National Standards database with BSOL. Attended MMO Meetings for Operations Manager when not available.● Developed construction decommissioning work scopes into workable formats, taking from inception to closeout, developing fit for purpose documentation system and project management/completion systems.

Mariner Project (Onshore)Provided expert construction input for tendering department to strengthen existing jack up platforms for ADNOC UMM Shaif and Zakum West Platforms, and assisted design and installation to minimize underdeck scaffolding and manpower. Enabled CTR generation, coordinated with LOLER Planning & Procurement, developed tooling/specialist equipment lists/costings. Was placed as the Construction manager of multidiscipline scopes for Mariner B FSU and the Total Shetland Gas Plant. Carried out CTR generation for work scopes, approved work pack/prep installation methodologies/smart-packs/job cards, CTR generation, offshore manpower requisitions, vendor requisitions and work pack closeout. Key Achievements:● Delivered multidisciplinary construction input to tendering process (installation methodologies, construction durations/CTRs/job cards, Laydown Fabrication/Installation of DAN FG Filter Pipework, c.800Te of steelwork/pipework installation).● Efficiently organised manpower and coordinated with shipping management to ensure availability and safety of personnel/equipment/materials. Stand in at meetings for Project Manager when not available.

Mariner Project (Onshore/Offshore) Oversaw daily onshore calls with Project/Construction Management, conducted weekly planning/HSE meetings, and resolved issues during shift changeover. Led and enabled field engineering teams to provide assistance to all disciplines and the completions team offshore during hook-up.Key Achievements:● Directed, interviewed, and recruited a multidisciplinary Field Engineering team of 16 engineers all trades, developed job descriptions and organised rotas on the offshore hook up.● Ensured all team members were at the forefront of platform safety, raised TQ/EQs, and ensured resolution and sign-off discussion with Client TA, ensuring any change was in accordance with Norsok Standards/LCI/National Standards.● Controlled MOC System offshore, issued estimated hours/raised CTRs/sketches description, management reporting, issued daily MOM, coordinated Engineers priorities as per Construction plan, reviewed/approved smart-pack changes.

Responsible for spot quality checks on completed fabricated items.● Saved the Project circa £1m by removing an extensive scope of hot works and replacing with cold works, directing DSME Structural Engineering with the methodology and idea behind the works.

Jasmine Hook UpOriginally contracted as the Fabrication Coordinator moving on to the Structural and Mechanical Hook up Engineer, developing work scopes, planning logic and on site at Lamprell in Dubai and Dragados in Spain reviewing and checking the hook up work scopes and then Offshore as the Mechanical Field Engineer.
