The Mortgage Data Quality Program is a compliance based project centered on the quality of Mortgage Data reported to the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA). The resubmission component of the program required NAB to reproduce and resubmit 3 years of specific monthly and quarterly regulatory reports to APRA within a certain timeframe.I was responsible for managing on and offshore resources for the production and resubmission of the required reports, including obtaining the necessary business stakeholders' approval before submission. This was the largest resubmission project NAB has undertaken to date.Result: Successfully produced and resubmitted over 1100 regulatory reports to APRA with extremely tight deadlines and constantly changing variables. All stakeholders very happy with the end result.
