Key re-location projects have been: Recruitment and setup of an extended SAP IT team in Suzhou to provide Asia Pacific in-territory support capability and delivery of local SAP projects. Supported client in the design and implementation of SAP WAN connection.  Created the IT policy and SOP and ensured understanding and adherence. Upgraded the user base desktop OS to windows 7 for Asia Pacific sites.

Key Responsibilities- Arrange the SLA (Service Level Agreement).- Support all desktop in the plant, support more than 300 PC, some are normal Dell PC, some are PC.- WAN, Change ATM line to MPLS line. When use ATM we want to connect to other site must go through SC, use MPLS we can directory to connect to other site.- LAN, separate the office line and production line, then the line will be easier to manage, and more safety. - Support the PABX system, we use Nortel 61 system, it can support 2000 telephone, now we used more than 300 telephones, and also support VIOP, now we can use VIOP to Malaysia and SC. - Use IBM blaster to migration the server for central manage, IBM blaster will let the server easy to be manage, save the space the power, and good extend.- Use veritas backup to replace the manual backup, it can backup all OS, structure database, file database; also it can do the backup online. - Update ctrix from NT to Win2003, ctrix can let the application management be easier, we no need to install all application in the PC, just in the server, user login ctrix to use the application, and any change can be done in the server.- In charge of domain server, file server, lotus server.- Wafer Sort & Final Test Cap statement management automation.- Support the WKS(EMS) system.- Enhanced the marking system to eliminate mark plate wastage due to PT cancellation and improve fast turn-around of mark plate delivery from Sub-con.- Setup & operationlized the pogo checker diagnostics program on LTX tester to enable the tester to perform continuity check on pogo.- Enhanced Security Controls by leveraging eVisitor system.- Supported Wafer Sort & FT volume Ramp on ETS and A5xx tester setup, testing and operationlize.- Supported SO14 and TS263 and TO package transfer on tester setup and operationlization- Managed well on sort & Final Test testers’ system admin to support test operation and COE to meet target performance- Trained SAP admin
