Experience has been gained over a number of years in operating a variety of computer system hardware using various operating systems including legacy Windows operating systems, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Server 2003, 2008 and 2012. Well developed skills in Microsoft Active Directory services together with desktop management skills. Complimenting this skill set is comprehensive knowledge of VMware ESXi v5 hosts; Citrix XenApp5, 6 and 7 together with experience of App-V; Novell’s Directory Services and Zenworks desktop management system; networking components and together with basic telephony are all part of my ever increasing skill set. Software experience includes a variety of office products including familiarity with a variety of FTP clients; Websense filtering policies; McAfee and Symantec AV clients and Encryption software. Good experience has been gained in Resource Management ranging from the procurement and purchasing of resources, through to the allocation of those resources. Experience in Project Management and Planning has been acquired through and for all stages of a project's life cycle. Well developed skills in working with others, identifying and meeting their needs in a variety of both technical and non-technical situations.
