I am passionate about helping business big and small to build up their knowledge, skills and processes to unlock their full potential.I've worked across multiple sectors within the composites industry using a wide variety of manufacturing techniques. I've run and setup teams to help support small business with rapid support as well as developing training support to big and small companies a like. My main background is as a manufacturing engineer, focusing on manual prepreg techniques but also with the engineering operations including production systems, quality management and a range of H&S roles.
