With those solid foundations, both ideas and companies can go from strength to strength.The composite industry is at such an exciting stage within the UK and it is only going to get bigger and better. I am passionate about helping business big and small to build up their knowledge, skills and processes to unlock their full potential.I've worked across multiple sectors within the composites industry using a wide variety of manufacturing techniques. I've run and setup teams to help support small business with rapid support as well as developing training support to big and small companies a like. My main background is as a manufacturing engineer, focusing on manual prepreg techniques but also with the engineering operations including production systems, quality management and a range of H&S roles.
