As a software developer in the external fulfillment org, I was responsible for development and support of a variety of services that allow Amazon to integrate with 3-rd party logistic providers. I was involved in all stages of design, planning, implementation and post-launch support.

After Arcadia Fastmarkets team grew beyond the scope of a lead developer, I continued heading it, and took on the title of a delivery manager. In addition to just managing the team that made me assume full responsibility for project delivery for Fastmarkets by Arcadia. During this time the team grew further from ~20 to 40 engineers, including software development, quality assurance, database, and site reliability engineers. I didn't do a lot of hands-on coding at that time, but was primarily responsible for organisation of sub-teams, cross-team synchronisation, and was still involved with a fair amount of design work.

As a lead engineer I've been in charge of a team that grew from 6 to ~20 engineers. The team worked on the multi-channel data dissemination platform for Fastmarkets. My strong focus was growing and organising the team, including technical screenings, cross-team meetings, etc. At the same time I was responsible for design and delivery of multiple core components of Fastmarkets platform, including Auth&Auth, data caching and other services running in Service Fabric on Azure Cloud.
