My role was to lead a team of 40 staff to grow the business, enhance sales and improve the customer experience, and, ultimately, to win a number of highly competitive company awards for sales and customer service.My position covered a range of skills, stretching from setting up new business ideas, negotiating prices for that idea and then converting it in to a real world experience for the customer. Once in place, I would sign off heads of agreements for the new event, train and coach my staff to sell the product, as it was my responsibility to manage my team to achieve industry leading revenue targets.Achievements in role- Resort Sales Team of the Year 2015- Resort Gross Sales of the Year 2015- Customer Service of the Year 2014
