A Fixed Price Support deal worth £4m over the term of the contract and was part of BT’s strategic Telemarketing Services; this part of BT’s business was worth around £300-400 million. Managed 11 applications; 7 were Gold Services and required 24x7 out-of-hrs support. Aspects of the business supported ranged from handling the management of the BT field Engineers, controlling the jobs they are scheduled to carry out, to the collection of call records, calculation of call charges in order to generate telephone bills and reporting via Web, CD and paper.
