As a Home Based Case Manager with the Firefly Children and Family Alliance, I help in Family Engagement and Preservation with families in Owen and Greene Counties in Indiana. With over 20 years of experience in social service and workforce development, I have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of diverse populations in our region.My core competencies include relationship building, event coordination, social networking, and attention to detail. I leverage these skills to create and maintain partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies. I also coordinate and facilitate workshops, job fairs, trainings, and outreach events that connect job seekers with employment opportunities and resources.
