For the ten years I worked at Les Schwab I was always been self driven, and motivated. Achieving every endorsement or certification that was afforded me. I just finished a two year training program for management where I was exposed to more of the administrative aspects. For more than half of my career I have been held as a go to person in the shop, being able to perform any task asked of me. Now I work as a service advisor for Fleet Service, I have expanded my knowledge base and am working towards my ASE certification. I am working with new programs such as Mitchell, identifix, and Alldata. Furthering my career in the customer service side of the automotive industry.
