Responsible for leading the Global Strategic Programs Team to leverage knowledge on solutions, applications, and products in strategic markets across multiple target verticals. Essential growth priorities included delivering high levels of customer experience to our strategic accounts, developing relationships with industry thought-leaders, demand creation for capital projects and ensuring voice-of-customer is represented in Hach’s NPD and open innovation processes. Working across the global sales, marketing, R&D and technical organisations to enable achievement of growth objectives, this role requires the development of strong internal cross functional networks and the development strong relationships with leadership, technical resources, and influencers for both global and regional personas to identify and deliver Hach’s strategic goals.

Responsible for the business development & specification of innovation solutions into global accounts operating in Private Water, core industrial verticals and engineering companies designing plants. The primary mission of this executive role is to work in partnership with Global Key Account Managers to develop account strategies to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Hach’s innovation solutions and to proliferate these globally. Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with industry thought leaders and working closely to align Hach’s innovation solutions in a collaborative fashion with their most important accounts, to drive meaningful co-creation.

Eight2O is an Alliance for Thames Water (with Veolia Water, Costain, MWH, Balfour Beatty, Atkins, Skanska and IBM) to deliver Thames Water’s £2 billion capital investment programme.Defining and leading the technical work necessary to deliver the efficiency benefits defined by the business cases to ensure that the latest global technology is considered for all solutions to maximise totex efficiency.• Management and leadership of the on site technology team• Oversee the development of all new on-site technology and tools required to maximise efficiency opportunities during AMP6 against Thames Water’s Business Plan• Oversee the development of each on-site technology opportunity, including leading technical workshops, engagement with existing teams within Thames Water and definition and implementation of any required trials / pilots• Development of Business Case (including outcomes mapping and whole-life cost appraisal) for each on-site technology opportunity• Lead the interface with Thames Water Innovation team regarding on-site technology and process opportunities• Close liaison with quadrant technical leads and asset planning teams to define the ongoing opportunities for on-site technology emerging through the solution optimisation process• Oversee Technical Governance of all solutions in the eight2O portfolio with a view to ensuring the correct technical solution has been identified

Producing concept designs to inform the Programme Optimisation process. Liaison with Asset Management & Operational to ensure that clear agreement is reached on the optimum solution.• Ensuring a consistent approach across all engineering quadrants for the Energy Efficiency and Carbon and Site Security Investment Areas.• Working with Programme Optimisation, Investment area quadrant Technical Leads, Solutions Managers, Operations and Efficiency Lever Teams to define, design and cost schemes.• Application and compliance of solutions with technical governance and QA procedures• All Energy Efficiency input in to the eight2O Service Delivery Plan• Active engagement to ensure an integrated approach with Thames Water Operations and solution development• To ensure technical governance procedures are developed and adhered to• Identification and recording of key risks and opportunities

Currently operating across the UK and Ireland as technical specialist for wastewater optimisation solutions to fully manage the implementation of process optimisation solutions (WTOS) at all stages from concept stage, specification development, installation, commissioning and sign off by the end user.Optimisation solutions cover numerous applications, including, nitrification and aeration processes, sludge retention time control, chemical dosing for phosphate removal and polymer dosing for both sludge thickening and sludge dewatering processes.
