As Call Center Manager it was my responsibility to oversee the day to day operations of the inbound call call center for Corr Wireless. The Call Center provided customer support by providing quality customer service on every call. Our metrics focused on third party survey's that provided detailed information on the satisfaction and experience the customers received on every call.

My responsibilities are to manage the overall inventory and purchasing for 21 wireless phone retail stores throughout Alabama and West Georgia. I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with phone and accessory vendors in order to negotiate product pricing and marketing support. My team serves as a reverse logistics repair center for all Corr Wireless phone customers. We are also responsible for receiving and delivering new products to our retail locations, assisting with new market strategy implementation, and internal auditing of inventory levels within all inventory locations. I have also helped develop needs analysis for leadership training needs with Retail Store Managers, Call Center Management, and Executive Management team. AchievementsEvaluated existing inventory and logistical process within first 180 days of employment. Created new process for reverse logistics phone repair process, inventory purchasing, and product delivery to retail locations.Established new vendor relationships that have helped provide reduced costs on phone and accessory purchase which generated over $100,000 in savings in 2007. Helped generate a 270% growth in sales from new Sony Ericsson phone products.Hired and developed a complete new inventory staff. Created new measurable job roles and responsibilities for inventory staff. The department has grown over 200% in 2007. Responsible for the purchase of all phone accessories. Sales have exceeded over $400,000 which is a 30% increase from 2006. Developed and delivered "How to Coach" and Delivering Feedback training for entire leadership team. Working on Call Center Training for how to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.Results have shown a reduction of turnover and increased sales following the release of the "How to Coach" training.

As the Learning & Development Manager there was implementation of National L&D initiatives, including consistency of New Hire Curriculum and Continuing Education classes, with a focus on customer satisfaction. It was my responsibility to manage and develop the Learning and Development department as business partners to our operations team in addition to providing skill enhancement in the areas of facilitation, coaching, and leadership. AchievementsResponsible for the recruiting, hiring, and development of a new training team that supports expansion of the only outbound collection call center within T-Mobile.Facilitator for National Learning & Development Department program called Trainer University.Created and Implemented the Learning and Development "Ready Now" Intern Program for Birmingham Financial Care Center. This is a program that has provided career development for the frontline employees. Partnered with National Curriculum teams for the development of training material for other call centers.Provided opportunity for Trainer promotions in the Sales and Operations Department.Represented Financial Care Managers on National Training Site Initiatives project. Developed the "step curriculum" program that integrates on job functions through systems training. Designed a trainer evaluation (Trainer Effectiveness Tool) process for career development and effectiveness of trainers.Responsible for maintaining a National Learning & Development budget for the Birmingham training team.

I was promoted to serve as the only Training Facilitator for the Birmingham Voicestream call center location. The Birmingham location has undergone several transitions

As a Corporate Trainer for the Birmingham location I reported directly to the Director of Training located at the Powertel headquarters; The Birmingham location was used as the pilot site for new training programs before being released to the other four Powertel call center locations. AchievementsIncreased the performance of new employees by introducing a new practical examination at the end of each new hire class. This practical examination was also used in the other Powertel centers.Created a video presentation of the other Powertel markets, corporate office and history of the company. This was used to introduce new employees to Powertel.Provided support to Human Resource department by conducting management level training classes when necessary.Developed schedule for training classes with Operations Manager and Director of Training.
