About Andy Towler
Having experience of dealing with major incidents and disasters I want to make sure that we are ready to deal with future crises. Working for Serco as part of the Emergency Planning College has given me the gift of being able to help build crisis management training and exercising solutions for organisations - giving people the knowledge, skills and confidence to make a difference when it counts. It is an every day challenge to be curious, listen, engage, ask questions, reach out for help, grow and learn new skills and knowledge. The world seems to throw us all new and more complex threats and helping others be ready for them is a real privilige.
