I started my first job in 2000 as an Electronic engineer in PCB design for 4 years. During this time, I joined to design PCB for different well-known hardware producers like Broadcom and Intel. Designing and programming 8051 Micro controller-based board is also my hobby for leisure time. I soon found that I need a more challenged career to keep me creative and innovated, so I decided to change my job to work as a software developer after getting the second Engineering degree in Information Technology.After 5 years of working in Network/Telecommunication programming with different kinds of technologies such as TCP/IP, Socket, SNMP, SNMP/POP3, VxWork, North Bound XML Interface Server, JBoss-based Network Management Application Server, etc. I then moved to New Ocean Manufacturing Solutions for managing the application development team for several months before we split the team to become Co-Founder of New Ocean IS (NOIS) as nowadays. My responsibility is to oversee and direct the operations of New Ocean IS, which provides cloud-centric software outsourcing services primarily for foreign markets and manufacturing solutions for the domestic market.In order to stand out, I collaborated with the internal center of excellence team to obtain the Microsoft Solution designation for both Digital & App Innovation and Data & AI. Additionally, we continue to strive towards enhancing our expertise in Cloud and Data Analytics to increase our competitiveness in the market.I have recently collaborated with the Board of Directors (BOD) to transform New Ocean IS into a provider of digital transformation and manufacturing solutions for the local and Southeast Asian markets. Our portfolio now includes various products, such as Smart Forms and Checklist, Traceability, and Supply Chain Delivery Optimization. As an advocate for a people-driven approach, I urge our team members to work with an entrepreneurial mindset, rather than a boss-driven mentality, in order to foster growth and sustainability for New Ocean IS. I firmly believe that by prioritizing individual skills and contributions, we can continue to expand our company's success.
