Responsible for overseeing the mission of the men and women of the 182 Maintenance Operations Flight. This mission includes: Maintenance Operations Control, Plans and Scheduling, Analysis, Resource Management, Plans and Programs, and Maintenance Training Management.

Responsible for the overall mission of the plans and scheduling office. We scheduled all aircraft inspections, time change requirements, Isochronal Inpsections, and tracked historical data for these items. Kept shop supervisors, superintendents, and commanders up-to-date on upcoming maintenance actions and coordinated the planning of these events.

Responsible for managing the formal training and ancillary training for 220 members of the 182nd Maintenance Group. This included scheduling, tracking upgrade progression, reporting, inspecting training programs being utilized by maintenance shops within the group, implementing the engine run testing program, and maintaining the special certification roster.
