Prior to joining McGriff and USI Insurance Services (Wells Fargo Insurance Services), I worked for Johnson & Higgins/Marsh USA Inc. where I was a member of Marsh Risk Consulting practice providing claims consulting and advocacy services to risk management and large middle market clients. My responsibilities include: 1) Advocating on client's behalf on all coverage disputes including reservation of rights and coverage denials, 2) Conducting and project managing Third Party Claims Administrator selection process, 3) Performing loss data analytics including loss triangles and trends to reduce client's Total Cost of Risk, 4) Conducting strategic claim reviews to ensure claim service providers are effectively managing claims, 5) Evaluating claim management options such as Self Insured plans, TPA, Self Administration, 6) Conducting and project managing claim audits to evaluate insurer's and third party administrator's performance, 7) Assisting brokerage with collateral analysis by reviewing loss reserves.I have worked with clients in various industries including technology, construction, food service, health care, retail, financial institutions, real estate, public entity, professional service organizations, non-profits and entertainment.Areas of expertise include: Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto, Property, Executive Liability - D&O, EPL, E&O, Crime, Fiduciary, Cyber, and Media.
