Having completed a degree in Estate Surveying at Nottingham Trent University and subsequently qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, I joined Fleurets Birmingham office in November 1997. Since then I have acted primarily as an agent marketing licensed premises throughout the East & West Midlands. The main emphasis has always been on pub sales but as a firm we also specialise in the valuation and sale of hotels, restaurants and other leisure uses. Not only have I experienced the highs and lows of the property market through this time but I have also acted on behalf of a considerable number of the industry's primary corporate operators, been involved in significant corporate valuation exercises and also acted on behalf of a whole host of private individuals.
