People Technology, Data and Operations Manager with experience working in multiple industries on HR system design and implementation; data quality, reporting and analytics; HR transformation and HR operations. After 3 years working in financial services I’ve spent 15 years in HR working in retail, banking and construction industries. I’ve worked with various HR systems including Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP payroll and most recently have worked on the implementation of SuccessFactors in 3 organisations (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Learning). In the data space I have led initiatives to enhance data quality, increase data capture and ensure data accuracy as BAU activity and for the benefit of wider projects. Working closely with People data has naturally led to reporting where I’ve helped organisations better understand the challenges faced by HR. I have developed reporting suites and dashboards using various tools including Power BI and excel. These have often provided the foundation for me to delve deeper into People analytics looking at the cause and effect of things such as attrition and absence on business performance and engagement. As well as leading teams of varying size I’ve also built teams to support growing businesses and operations and developed structure and processes to support organisations going through change.
