Professionally, I'm thankful to have worked for huge corporations, small startups, had high paying jobs, worked for minimum wage, done outside sales, done entry level data entry, managed and led teams, won sales trips to the Caribbean, ended up training my fellow trainees during my own training sessions, had articles published in industry magazines and journals, developed and implemented sales & marketing strategies to hit over 220% of departmental goals. I've even been crowned "Mr. Congeniality" at work, and have been referred to as "Andy on-the-spot". One thing I am particularly proud of, in looking at the people I associate with, is that they are generally good-natured and intelligent people. That's hopefully at least reflected not just in me, but in my belief that if you're the smartest person in the room, you're in the wrong room. It's kind of corny - I probably read it years ago in Men's Health or on Twitter or something - but I think it's a solid perspective.Last thing: I like to think that the only real hard stop in my life is that I'm usually in bed by a reasonable hour on weeknights.

    In September 2015, due to rapid growth, I was asked to learn technical support duties - including being proficient in database queries, GitHub, FTP applications, poking around our servers and readers, and helping clients better use our software.While I got more involved with the Support team, my interests shifted from sales/marketing to the technical side of "how does our software work!?" As luck would have it, in June 2016, a need for an Integration Specialist opened up, and I inquired.     Starting in April 2013 as a Marketing Analyst, I worked closely with the Marketing team in strategy and execution, while taking on sales functions.
