The IT Manager of Business Technology Delivery provides leadership and guidance for delivery of technology solutions into the various business units. The position will guide the business technology delivery team to implement efficient solutions that are aligned with the strategic and tactical business goals. The individual will leverage end user technology tools and methodologies to develop a continuous improvement culture through the implementation of technology solutions.• Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment• A technically oriented, customer-focused, experienced business liaison to lead the business delivery team in looking for improvements with the leverage of technology • Identify and execute on simplification/learning opportunities• Improves business processes and supports critical business strategies by working closely with the Business Development team to development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications• Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources• Work with Strategic Sourcing department to complete contracts for upgrades, maintenance agreements, SOW’s and MSA’s• Improve IT department resource planning and portfolio management by providing accurate resource capacity estimates, development effort estimates and delivery solution options • Closely monitor projects to balance portfolio among all business units for value add/time/cost constraints• Responsible to maintain a high level of customer service• Establishes and maintains relationships with end-users, IT engineering and software development groups. Attend business related functions, meetings, training, etc. as needed to stay up-to-date with functional area activities, directions, system plans, etc. • Provides leadership, management and training for direct reports

The Sr. Business Solutions Partner works directly with Business Analyst(s), business unit leaders, key stakeholders and end users to understand their business challenges and assist in meeting those challenges with IT solutions. The Sr. Business Solutions Partner is a key liaison between IT and business clients to understand departmental business objectives, IT delivery capabilities, and how leveraging the existing Microsoft platform can assist business units achieve their goals. The Sr. Business Solutions Partner is a key driver toward the development of functional requirements and determines their impact to business objectives. Deviations between current and to-be states are highlighted and effectively communicated to primary stakeholders. This individual also has a critical partnership role, working closely with Application Development Manager(s)/IT Engineer(s)/IT Service Manager to develop project plans, work breakdown structures and deliverable's for overall solution delivery. Overall, the Sr. Business Solutions Partner will take the lead in defining the capabilities that an IT Solution must perform in support of the user's needs. The candidate may be required to lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. It is required that the candidate be able to think outside-the-box when proposing solutions to problems. This skill is a real "must have" since it is the responsibility of the position to come up with solutions for real-life departmental challenges. The candidate must be self-driven and able to work with ambiguous requirements with little or no guidance.
