At Premier Charter School (PCS), in conjunction with our School Administrative/Leadership team, Andy directs, manages, and executes on both day to day tactical activities as well as broad, long-term strategic objectives across all functional areas of the organization.PCS is federally and state funded public charter school and is subject to regulatory oversight from various governmental agencies, financial institution partners, our charter sponsor (University of Missouri St. Louis), external financial and Single Audit auditors, and PCS's independent Board of Directors. Andy's primarily responsibility is managing it's $16M annual operating budget and ensures that the organization is leveraging best in class technology systems and processes to ensure safety and accountability of its public resources. Andy is constantly challenging his teams to build and design more effective and efficient operations across all areas of the organization.

In conjunction with Maryville's Executive Leadership team, Andy executed on both day to day business outcomes as well as long term strategic objectives and goals.Andy lead the operations support team in pursuit of operational excellence focusing on process efficiency and automation leveraging existing and new tools and technologies which impact cross functional business processes and organization wide financial reporting processes. Andy was involved in matters across the organization including accounting, finance, tax, legal, HR, and IT requiring sound business judgment and acumen in driving positive outcomes for business stakeholders, customers, software partner vendors, and other external business vendors.

Financial Auditor focused on building trusted client relationships, fostering a positive team culture, and managing many financial audits (often many simultaneously) for non-public middle market businesses in the Midwest operating in Nonprofit, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Healthcare sectors. Andy served as assurance department Audit Software Champion, Campus Recruiting Champion; facilitated hiring, training, supervising and mentoring of audit staff and interns; and Core Values Champion for entire St. Louis firm.Andy facilitated programming at various national and central region intern and staff training and facilitated BDO’s summer collegiate leadership program, Pathways to Success during Summer 2017.Andy is a proven leader while working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on detail, quality, and client relationships and satisfaction.

Effective June 1, 2015 the partners and staff of Stone Carlie & Company, LLC have joined BDO USA, one of the nation’s leading professional service organizations.Responsible for the preparation of working papers and analysis of financial activities to support conclusions regarding the accuracy of client assertions on the following types of audit and attest engagements:- Financial statement audits for non-public and not-for-profit entities- SSAE 16 (SOC1) & AT101 (SOC 2) attestations- 401(k) Employee Benefit Plan Audits (DOL Limited Scope)- Agreed Upon Procedures

Responsible for completing corporate for profit financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, not-for-profit audits, 401(k) employee benefit plan audits, C-corp, S-corp, partnership, trust, estate, not-for-profit, employee benefit plan, gift, and individual tax returns.
