Whether serving my country, the community or the best interests of customers, I relish the opportunity to help others by understanding and prioritizing their needs first. I strive to earn the respect of others through my actions rather than through any title or position I've held, fully appreciating that my ability to motivate and influence others while controlling the controllable with my individual performance, will maximize how successful "we" as a team can be. Whether we realize it or not, project management touches almost every aspect of our lives. The approach of treating everything as a project, paired with my desire to "get r done", has allowed me to consistently set clear goals and exceed them in my endless pursuit to maximize impact in everything I do. From my childhood days being known as "Handy Andy" to my early career as an IT officer in the Marine Corps, I have a deep rooted interest in the transformational power of technology. Knowing myself and seeking self-improvement is something I take very seriously. There's always something to learn in every situation, whether that's what to do or what not to do. Thus, I routinely seek to improve myself through self-training and mentorship and strive to pay it forward by mentoring others.
