Andy is a founding member of Wang Austin LLC (f/k/a Wang Kobayashi Austin, LLC), an employee benefits and executive compensation law firm.Andy counsels public and private companies on all types of employee benefits plans, including qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, equity-based compensation plans, annual and long term incentive plans, health and welfare benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements. He advises clients on a wide range of benefit and compensation matters, including plan design, implementation and administration issues and compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, HIPAA privacy and security rules, COBRA and other laws applicable to employee benefits and executive compensation.
