Andy Warren is a Homebuilding & Real Estate Executive, Board Member, Investor & Entrepreneur. Mr. Warren is a Cofounder and President of Build To Stay, LLC. Build To Stay focuses on developing communities of premier branded single-family detached or attached homes, in top leisure markets across the USA, that are designed for hospitality, with features such as large common areas, evenly proportioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and private resort-style amenities. These purpose-built properties provide a unique luxury setting for group travel, couples retreats, special occasions, weekend getaways, family reunions, and corporate off-sites.Mr. Warren is also a Cofounder and currently serves as President of Coronet Communities. Coronet Communities has been conceived to create environmentally conscious, next level product and lifestyle opportunities for the growing Build For Rent (BFR) residential asset class.Mr. Warren served as President of Arizona Homebuilder Maracay, a member of the TRI Pointe Group from 2009 to 2020. Maracay was named the 2019 #1 Top Company to Work For in Arizona by The Arizona Republic/azcentral. In 2019 he also led TRI Pointe’s Austin, Texas homebuilding operation. Mr. Warren devoted 6 years as Partner and Chief Operating Officer of EYA, a private, urban-infill homebuilder and developer in Washington, DC. Prior to that he spent 16 years in various management capacities with Bethesda, Maryland-based Winchester Homes, ultimately serving as the company’s Executive Vice President.Mr. Warren is an Executive Committee Board Member and past Chairman of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). He also currently serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Arizona Advisory Board. Over the past 15 years Mr. Warren has served on multiple Arizona based civic and community organizations. Mr. Warren is an Advisory Board member with Land Advisors Organization, the largest residential land brokerage firm in the United States, with Elevation, a fully integrated residential energy solutions company, and with Diamond Age, which utilizes 3D printing, mechatronics, and robotics in order to automate the process of building new homes. Mr. Warren also serves on the Board of Elders at Living Streams Church.Mr. Warren holds an MBA degree in Finance from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University. His market insights have been quoted in national publications, including the New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
