Key ‘Quick Ship’ programs that drove incremental top line and margin $ included Appliances, Electrical, and Water Heaters • Worked with the merchant, sr. product leadership and key stakeholders to launch first of its kind composite decking jobsite delivery pilot, expanding beyond standard store delivery to unlock final mile fulfillment.• Leveraged Tableau to create standardized analytics and reporting for Home Depot’s robust supplier network. Key metrics included: quoting, sales, close rates, top/bottom skus, geographic performance, and competitive benchmarking as allowed.• Quickly learned SQL and leveraged it to independently access a variety of vendor health metrics to ultimately drive desired actions for key supplier and manufacturers.
