Working as part of Digital Services at Coventry University, I provide first and second line IT support, both physically and virtually, to all users within the CU Group. I am responsible for being the first point of contact for all IT queries and for managing their resolutions and escalations accordingly.

I provide day-to-day support of IT Services in selected University locations where ICT and Audio Visual equipment are used. I provide troubleshooting and rectification of identified problems and report any identified faults or service problems that require further escalation. My main duties and responsibilities include diagnosis, configuration and repairs of IT equipment and peripherals, providing face to face support and administering supervision appropriately.

To provide initial support of local IT Services in various University locations where ICT and Audio Visual equipment are used. Other responsibilities involve routine maintenance checks on equipment and reporting any identified faults or service problems reported by users. I deliver a solution, where possible, to any identified fault in line with instructions received, in order that any detrimental effects of the faults are overcome and service is restored. It is important to respond to such requests ensuring that a high level of customer care is exhibited at all time.

Sole responsibility of the Coventry branch at Gigante Computers. My main duties were to provide technical support and advice both through telephone calls and in store. I would carry out various diagnostic and repair work with computers and other technical devices, provide advice to a range of customers and work within retail ensuring a great level of customer service was implemented. I would also ensure that there were structured plans in place and deadlines were successfully met whilst managing a small team of staff and company operations.
