Ensure workflows are carried out and delivered in line with performance and funding rules and that high-quality is maintained. Manage a six figure budget to ensure sustainability and profitability. Achieve effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Led a number of wider social action projects and introduced ERASMUS partnerships. I successfully re-structured and guided the directorate from a SAR grade 1 to 4 in this post.
