I am highly motivated individual with over 42 years experience in the building industry of which most has been within the structural, general refurbishment and fit out sectors. Originally starting out as an apprentice joiner, but since qualifying in this role has gone on to gain extensive experience in the roles of Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Manager/Team Leader, Director of Frameworks, Skilled Workforce Development Manager and Group Development Manager . In all roles I have consistently through my leadership style demonstrated a high levels of support and motivation, which has lead to the successful delivery of numerous schemes which at times have been completed within very tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of finishing and client and customer satisfaction. I have consistently built up strong client relationships that have lead to repeat business. I consider myself to be major team player who has put together, worked alongside and supported the members of high performance teams which have seen the successful completion of both high and low value schemes and a number of frameworks.
