• Revamped the vision and strategies appropriate for Dr Pepper Snapple Group, a $6B publicly traded Fortune 500 CPG company acquired by Keurig Green Mountain in July, 2018.
• Oversaw the team and resources responsible for ~8,000 hires per year (VP-level to hourly employees).
• Developed the efficient and innovative in-house staffing model known as “Just Send”.
• Installed processes that substantially reduced cost-to-hire, reduced vacancy rates, enhanced diversity hiring, and increased retention.

• Developed short and long-term strategies to drive world-class recruiting and staffing operations.
• Created internal Business Resource Groups for disabled and veteran status employees and partnered with Tommy Nobis Center to bring inclusion to forefront of hiring practices Reduced agency fee for direct hire by $1M.
• Authored Kaiser Permanente Recruiting in the (no longer) New Millennium”: a case for Groundswell Recruiting/Social Networking Tactics
• Managed KP Supplemental Staffing operations, (250+ float pool employees), and merged this “temp” staffing operation with recruiting. Increased ASAP fill rates by 50%.
• Effectively managed 10 direct reports responsible for recruiting passive candidates into the Kaiser Foundation and Health Plan GA Region, resulting in highest productivity in company.
• Installed lead and lag metrics dashboard providing visibility to key departmental goals, resulting in improvements in cost per hire from $3,000 + to $1,100 year-to-year. ~750 hires per year.
