As a Sales and Operations professional, I apply my 30+ years of successful operations and sales leadership in the propane industry to develop and lead regional and multi-location units to achieve sales and cash flow targets. I led a decentralized team to exceed corporate sales and EBITDA targets, and contributed to a growth rate on average of 10% annually. I also served as the Director of Safety and Training at ThompsonGas, and the Director of Operations at Ferrellgas, where I led and developed the start-up business in the Birmingham, AL market. I have been recognized as the Most Valuable Player, the Sales Region of the Year, and the recipient of the Chairman’s Award. I was also the President of the Alabama Propane Gas Association, where I advocate for the industry and its members.
