Role calls for extensive production data management, analysis and reporting activities.Primary Functions as follows: Ensuring allocation systems perform in accordance with underlying commercial contracts Point of contact for IT groups in relation to the allocation systems and contract manager for software support vendorPoint of contact for metering engineers in relation to the allocation systems Point of contact for allocation system users – Account set up, password maintenance, security functions etc.Ensure changes to existing contractual arrangements and new field developments are brought on in line with the defined contractual frameworksPerform analysis on allocation algorithms in support of data queries and documentation requests Provision of allocation engineering advice to commercial groups Management of the systems software support contract Point of contact for system commercial auditsProvide support to hydrocarbon accounting business analysts and commercial departmentsManage the SNS Annual Reconciliation process to ensure all data is entered and run as per commercial framework. Data quality assurance / system troubleshootingManage well allocation and reporting process.Provide holiday / sickness cover for CNS / Britannia Production Control function
