Senior executive with nearly 25 years experience in the public and charity sectors, who is successfully developing policy, leading teams, representing members' interests, influencing the Scottish Government and building strategic relationships at a national level.I have a strong background, and have demonstrated my ability, in policy initiation, development and governance, strategic planning, regulatory practice, operational delivery and customer service, and interpreting complex data and information, in a way that delivers change and motivates and brings out the best in people. My jobs have involved influencing others for positive change and I am currently Director of Sector Policy at Colleges Scotland, a membership organisation. I have worked both within the charity and public sectors, carrying a strong sense of leadership and partnership working.
