Primary duties include customer service, operational logistics, business procedures, IT, accounting, and regulatory compliance.Major projects have included:-Writing a detailed procedures manual as the business grew from a small operation to the largest dive operation on the island.-Staff and procedural training that helped earn the business the rating of one of the Top 100 Dive Operations in the World from Rodales Scuba Diving Magazine.-Managing the design of anew 5,500 sq. ft facility including custom dive pool, classrooms, retail, rental, and repair facilities.-Managing the ordering, customization, and delivery of two custom built dive boats-Consulting and testing work for software improvements for PADI's EVE Point of Sale and Charter Reservations System.
