I am a Business Skills, Retail, Warehousing, Management, Buying and Merchandising and Learning Mentor, L&D and HR trainer and IQA with over 30 years Retail Management experience. I have worked with learners from the DfE, MOD, Co-op and Companies House in London, to local businesses in the Portsmouth area. I worked for Fareport Training for 6 years and worked with various clients including Aldi, Theo Papthitis Retail Group, NHS, and Seasalt, Southern Cooperative, Dixons Carphone, Oliver Bonas, Essentra and Toll Group. Developing people is my key strength and I build a great rapport with learners and employers. i receive excellent feedback and have an excellent achievement rate for supporting learners to achieve distinctions at their End Point Assessment. I am now working at Kiwi and Yuzu based in Southampton working primarily as a Corporate Trainer specialising in HR. I have been a trainer for 9 years.
