I was employed by Wilson Parking with the aim of delivering a bespoke control room facility that would operate as a fully functional control centre, act as a showpiece for key clients and also attract new business by hosting functions for third parties. This resulted in me being employed to manage the 24/7 control centre team and ensure the effective delivery of further projects. Key projects that were successfully delivered included the comprehensive phone system upgrade and the seamless migration of Wilson’s EFTPoS payment platform. I successfully led the entire project lifecycle of the custom-built control room from the initial concept through to integration and handover.
