I am an accomplished Project Manager, with comprehensive experience in the Network Provision sector. I have expertise in managing nation-wide fibre access, fibre backbone and IP microwave upgrade projects.With a passion and commitment for infrastructure projects, in my most recent position I have successfully managed the bespoke control centre (ParkWatch) from concept to integration, overseen the IP phone system migration and managed the upgrade of payment systems to a new EFTPoS platform. Prior to this I successfully spearheaded 4 key infrastructure ventures for remote facilities containing primary transmission and network apparatus, each with a civil fee component of $750k and a technical cost component of approx. $1million.
