Speed is of the essence, quick turnaround to provide early indication of lending structure & terms whilst packaging deals to include Overdrafts, Loans, Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Acquisition Finance, International Trade Finance & accessing other External Lenders to support a full range of clients across all industry sectors.

Specialist Relationship Management of a portfolio of high quality Clients in the Property Sector. Included independent Residential Developers & Investors combined with Commercial Development & Investment Projects. Lending assessment, Development Appraisal & Investment Portfolio analysis, preparation of credit reports, delivering financial solutions & monitoring projects from inception, due diligence, design, planning, contracts, legals, QS & monitoring surveyors through to successful completion. Build Risk, Planning Risk, Sales Risk combined with Tenant Quality, Asset Quality & Investment Yield considerations.
