 Responsible for solution and project design and creative for major accounts in southern China Provide technical service and consultant serivce for HP high end products and solutions, including Server, Storage, Cloud computing, Virtual system, HP software etc. Cooperate with ASM for management of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business development Provide competent high level support for priority customers, not only includes problems' resolution and repairs in complex environments but also ongoing technical consulting aimed at customers infrastructure development and assist with sales in projects pre-sale if needed Take to lead the major project for IaaS, PaaS,SaaS within the HP strategical customer, such as PICC,China Mobile,BP, GM,Airbus,Tencent,Guangdong Mobile,HSBC,Amway etc.

Provide the Dell full-line High Tech products support:DELL/EMC storage,Server, Switch.Analyze and fix the issue within the system, help the customer to create the computer system. Correspond with other departments to improve Customer Experience.Cooperate with Technical Account Manager closely to solve customer's issue,Provide the advanced Software Support (EMC software / Veritas backup SW / Linux etc)
