Provide the Dell full-line High Tech products support:DELL/EMC storage,Server, Switch.Analyze and fix the issue within the system, help the customer to create the computer system. Correspond with other departments to improve Customer Experience.Cooperate with Technical Account Manager closely to solve customer's issue,Provide the advanced Software Support (EMC software / Veritas backup SW / Linux etc)
