• Manage the Bank's ALM process. Ensure accuracy and efficiency of ALM processing. Maintain accuracy of data input, assumptions, processes and reporting through automation, reconciliation, and documentation. • Evaluate the Bank’s current ALM model (QRM). Correct and update the model settings as necessary. Establish and correct current Bank procedures and processes to ensure compliance with internal, external, and industry standards. • Revamp the Bank’s liquidity stress test model and processes to meet regulatory requirements. • Redevelop the Bank’s liquidity and ALM policies. Evaluate current policy limits and ratios to ensure consistency with regulatory expectation and industry best practices. • Lead the Bank’s ALM model implementation process.

• Manage the Bank's ALM simulation. Ensure accuracy and efficiency of quarter end processing while meeting all internal and external guidelines. • Enhance the accuracy of the ALM simulation by validating the accuracy of the data input, refining the model assumptions, and updating the model documentation. • Provide reporting of interest rate risks to the Asset Liability Committee (“ALCO”) committee. Develop studies, analytics and communications to increase transparency of market risk assessment to the ALCO committee. • Revamp the Bank’s existing liquidity stress test model and processes to meet regulatory requirements. • Received Best Practice rating during the latest ALM model review.

• Lead annual budgeting process for the Company. Test key assumptions and ensure alignment of growth targets, revenue goals and cost management. • Lead the quarterly forecasting process. Ensure accuracy and reasonableness of forecast. Provide analysis of trends and variances as required. • Meet with division managers to review their performances when necessary. • Oversee the production of the monthly Performance Reports for all departments. Distribute monthly report on a timely basis. • Determine the overall customer relationship profitability as requested to assist relationship officers in their pricing decisions. • Prepare business case for new product lines, branches and talent acquisitions. • Act as the financial expert for all of the departments/regions of the Bank. • Manage the Bank's ALM model. Update and enhance model to ensure it meets industry and regulatory standards and reflects the growth and complexity of the Bank. • Review and update various internal bank studies and external reports to assess the relevancy of the underlining assumptions used in the ALM model. • Prepare and update the Company’s Contingent Liquidity Stress Test, Capital Stress Test and the Three Year Strategic Capital Plan. Developed processes and models to calculate and consolidate the various assumptions. • Prepare the Consolidated federal and State income tax return. Update the quarterly tax provision spreadsheet. Update deferred tax items as needed. • Update the Company's goodwill impairment analysis annually or as required.• Maintain the Bank's Allowance for Loan Losses model. Update, enhance and modify the model to meet internal and regulatory requirements. • Regularly interact with External Auditors, Bank regulators, and Tax authorities. Promptly respond to their inquiries and requests.

• Manage the production of the annual strategic planning process for the Company.• Oversee production of the monthly Performance Reports. • Interact with various division analysts, division managers, and regional managers to interpret their monthly performance report. • Implement new budgeting and management reporting software (KCI Control). • Manage the quarterly financial forecast. • Manage the internal funds transfer-pricing system. Ensure proper cost of fund is assigned to all loans and deposit accounts. • Develop and maintain accounting and financial reporting process for 2 REIT’s with combine assets over $3 billion dollars. • Efficiently and effectively interact with parties outside the organization including the IRS, Franchise Tax Board, External Auditors, financial analysts, and investors.
