Update deferred tax items as needed. • Update the Company's goodwill impairment analysis annually or as required.• Maintain the Bank's Allowance for Loan Losses model. Update, enhance and modify the model to meet internal and regulatory requirements. • Regularly interact with External Auditors, Bank regulators, and Tax authorities.
